The seller
These terms apply to purchases from tunedmvmnt.com, operated under the trading name TUNED MVMNT by Liz Gray. Contact hello@tunedmvmnt.com for anything to do with an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT where it applies. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe. Your order is confirmed by email once payment succeeds.
Pre-orders
The First Edition of the deck is sold as a pre-order. Your card is charged today and your copy is reserved from the First Edition run. The expected dispatch date is 1 October 2026. This is not a waitlist and not a deposit. If dispatch is delayed by more than thirty days beyond that date we will tell you by email, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Beyond that, our own 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the deck. Keep it for thirty days from delivery, and if it is not for you, email hello@tunedmvmnt.com and we will refund you in full. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen days of us receiving the return or your cancellation.
Digital products
The Return and the TUNED Check-in app are digital products, delivered by email immediately after purchase. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the fourteen day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Digital purchases are therefore non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where the file is faulty or the link does not work, in which case write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Digital purchases are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the contents.
Not medical advice
TUNED is somatic movement, breath and attention. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from your healthcare provider. If you had a cesarean birth, complications, or any specific medical condition, clear the movements with your provider before starting. You use the practices at your own discretion.
Intellectual property
The card artwork, written material, brandmarks and site content are owned by TUNED MVMNT and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Complaints and governing law
Write to hello@tunedmvmnt.com with any complaint and we will respond. These terms are governed by the law of the seller's place of establishment, without affecting the protections available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
