Where we ship
We ship the deck within Europe only. Shipping is free across the continent, with no additional charge at checkout.
When it ships
The First Edition is a pre-order. Your card is charged today and your copy is reserved. Dispatch begins 1 October 2026. Delivery takes around 5 to 7 business days within Europe, once dispatched. You will receive tracking by email when your parcel leaves.
Digital orders
The Return and the TUNED Check-in app are delivered by email within minutes of purchase, so there is no shipping and no wait. If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then write to hello@tunedmvmnt.com and we will send it again.
Returns
Keep the deck for thirty days from delivery. If it does not feel like yours, email hello@tunedmvmnt.com and we will refund you in full. No forms and no explanation needed. Return postage is at your cost unless the deck arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it and send a replacement.
Consumers in the EU also have a fourteen day right of withdrawal from delivery, set out in our terms of sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@tunedmvmnt.com within fourteen days of delivery and we will replace it. If tracking shows no movement for ten business days, write to us and we will open a claim and send a replacement.
