Who we are
TUNED MVMNT is the trading name of the business operated by Liz Gray, selling the TUNED Postpartum Ritual Deck and the digital book The Return. For any privacy question, write to hello@tunedmvmnt.com and we will answer.
What we collect
When you join the pre-sale or newsletter list, we store your email address. When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the details of what you bought. When you buy the digital book, we collect the email address you ask us to send it to. We also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location, described under cookies below.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card data goes directly to Stripe.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, to deliver digital products, to answer support requests, and to send you email you have asked for. Our legal bases are performance of a contract for orders, legitimate interest for security and basic site analytics, and consent for marketing email and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and advertising
We use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags to understand how people find the site and to measure advertising. These load only after you accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, they do not load. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data for this site.
Who processes your data
Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Meta and Google for analytics and advertising. Each processes data under its own terms. Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area, and transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses their terms include.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, currently seven years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the providers above.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@tunedmvmnt.com and we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured automatically. You can also unsubscribe at /unsubscribe.
Security
Customer data is held in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled, and access to order and signup records is restricted to backend processes. Personal information is not exposed to other visitors or customers.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
